Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures, supervising the security guard force. Security officers also ensure the safety of people on their employer’s premises.
Plan, develop and implement security programs such as physical security, emergency response, information protection, incident management and investigation.
Job Requirements
• LLB, Security management, Social sciences. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience, at least 6 of which should be at senior security position with experience in the Police or Military service would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, investigative and management skills.
