Procurement Officer

Ref No: PO/001

Responsibilities

  • Provides advice and guidance to the company on procurement matters
  • Negotiates and purchases all required materials for service delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc /HND In Purchasing & Supply Management or any related discipline.
  • At least minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Applicants from Oil & Gas, Marine, and Construction Sectors will have an added advantage.
  • Experience in e-procurement.
  • Experiences in international procurement.
  • Shipment and Clearing experience.
  • Applicants must have passed out with a minimum of 2.2 or Upper credit in a recognized institution.

 

 

Training Instructor

Ref No: TI/002

Responsibilities

  • Develops, prepares and delivers power point training presentations
  • Designs training programmes, delivers and facilitate training programs.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating aft the activities of the Training academy
  • Conducts /supervises the Trainees adequately In a professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Ed in Applied Science or Engineering courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in HSE position in Oil & Gas Sector or it’s equivalent.
  • Teaching experience in an organized Institution will be an added advantage.
  • Must have good oral & written Communication Skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must have passed out with a minimum of 2.2 or Upper credit in a recognized institution.

 

 

Admin. Officer (Female)

Responsibilities

  • Organizing of events and functions.
  • Assets management and Administration.
  • Maintains files for record keeping.
  • And other responsibilities given.
  • General Office/ Administrative functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc in Public Administration, Bus. Admin or Secretarial Studies
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in well structured organization.
  • Appreciable knowledge in HR functions.
  • Sound Communication Skills.
  • Verbal and written

Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities

  • Prepares weekly and monthly HR report.
  • Staff appraisal and evaluation of employees.
  • Interpretation and implementation of HR policies.
  • Assisting in employee recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or its equivalent.
  • HR Generalist with 3 years port NYSC experience in a well structured Organization.
  • Sound Communication Skills,
  • Verbal and written.

Client Relationship Executive

Responsibilities

  • Sales team support-Billing/Invoicing.
  • Follow upon Sales payment.
  • Credit Control and Invoke reconciliation.
  • Client relationship and conflict resolution.
  • Manages receivable account deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc Business Administration, Management or its equivalent.
  • Must have worked in such capacity with minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in a well structured Organization.
  • Sound Communication Skills,
  • Verbal and written.
  • Applicants must have passed out with a minimum of 2.2 or Upper credit in a recognized institution.

 

Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Sales and marketing of service line products.
  • Maintain a good customer relations for effective client retaintion and management.
  • Developing and expanding sales leads through client visits/telephone enquiries/email and electronic communication.
  • Prepares a weekly and monthly Sales report.
  • Achieving revenue targets and marketing objectives.
  • Business development and planning
  • Follow up on Sales payment
  • Credit Control /billing System and invoice reconciliation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc Business Administration, Marketing, or its equivalent.
  • Must have worked in such capacity with minimum of 5 years experience in a well structured Organization.
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Sound Communication Skills, Verbal and written.
