Job description

As relay Headquartered in Europe, you come into a real boss (do) and are responsible for the development, organization and management of the subsidiary there. Also, you are the guarantor of the development of operations (currently four major projects) and the level of service in the geographic area in which you are responsible. In addition, your tasks are to: – Participate in the development of the activity of the company in defining and securing the business achievements in terms of revenue, margins, profitability and return on investment, while maintaining good relationships with existing clients – Generate new business opportunities, visit prospects and customers regularly assessing their needs and expectations in order to provide them with adequate and customized solutions – Propose necessary investments in infrastructure, personnel, marketing or public relations – Develop activities and represent the company with local stakeholders: customers, administration, Project work, – final charge (e) the result of the operation of the yards: budget, time, quality, Security identification with the necessary resources to the activity – Manage teams, follow the reporting of Project Managers, – Be regularly listen to the market, innovation and competition in order to identify any strategic opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience

Graduate (e) of an engineering school, ideally with a major in civil engineering or civil engineering, you are at least 10 years of experience in the field of project management or business development in building construction . Own real experience in managing a P & L. Your English is fluent. * Director (trice) Country
