We are currently hiring following positions candidates for our Lagos Office.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
· SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES

· To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical service to the Head of Services, helping her to manage and prioritize her time.
· MAIN FUNCTIONS

· To provide strict, private and confidential service to the Head of Services.
· To manage the workload of the Hea d of Services, assist her in tasks on hand and act as contact point to her.
· To provide comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Head of Services across the range of her work.
· To maintain and organize the Head of Services’ diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.
· To draft documents including, articles, briefings, and project proposals as requested by the Head of Services.
· To facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings and ensure follow up action can be implemented as well as arranging logistics for meetings including taking minutes if required to do so.
· To respond to any stakeholders’ queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
· To co-ordinate the Head of Services’ travel arrangements/itinerary.
· To circulate reports, minutes and agendas for Board and Sub-committee meetings.
· To be responsible for receiving enquiries and providing an effective referral service to service users.
· To ensure the effective management and update of all relevant databases.
· To liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors.
· Any other duty as assigned.

1. PERSON PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
v Must possess HND/B.Sc in Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication etc
v Must possess a minimum of 3years relevant experience;
v Must have sound written and oral communication skills;
v Analytical attribute is essential;
v Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
v Must possess good interpersonal skill
HEAD CHEF
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
v To manage the overall production in the kitchen and ensure it meets the company’s standard and ultimately customers satisfaction
3. MAIN FUNCTIONS:

v Responsible for the compilation of Menu
v Responsible for the general organization of the kitchen
v Responsible for ordering of foodstuff from the store
v Responsible for ensuring that production is profitable and minimize wastages to the barest minimum
v To advise on purchase of foodstuff and equipment
v Inspection of outlets kitchen
v Preparation of proposed production sheet
v Checking quality of food.
v Planning production of meals for functions and organizing staff
v Supervising the production process of new products and recipe adjustment.
v Delegation of duties to staff.
v Coordination of relationship between central store and central kitchen
v Coordinate the general cleanliness of the kitchen and equipments.
v Handling of staff matters
v Ensure Food is ready to leave for outlets at the right time.
v Any other task as assigned by supervisor

4. PERSON PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
v Must possess HND Hotel and catering Management
v Must possess a minimum of 10years relevant experience;
v Must have sound written and oral communication skills;
v Analytical attribute is essential;
v Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
v Must possess good interpersonal skill
