Graduate Receptionist In The Nigerian Financial Sector
Our client, a major player in the Nigerian financial sector is currently seeking to recruit smart, young and presentable graduates to fill the vacant positions of Receptionist on a 6 month contract basis.
• Greeting and welcoming visitors/clients
• Keeping record and forwarding of official messages
• Handling administrative duties
• Booking meetings
• Handling postal and courier consignments
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Keeping the reception area tidy
Remuneration is =N=700,000 for the entire period.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must possess a minimum of BSc or HND in Business or any related discipline
- Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age
- Candidate must be well groomed and possess excellent communication skills, good phone etiquette and professionalism
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is compulsory
