Head Rewards, Systems and HRIS develops the plans for human resource information management and the administration of rewards. He Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies for employee compensation, pension, bonuses, salary reviews and performance management.
• Degree in Mathematical sciences, Social sciences, Humanities and Engineering. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage
• Minimum of 10 years experience with progressive responsibilities 5 of which should be in the management of Human Resources functions
• Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal relations.
