Office Assistant / Receptionist
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Perform secretarial duties
- Oversee the effective running of the office and other department
- Ready to work extra hours to achieve results
- proficiency in the use of excel spread sheet,coral draw and Mswords
- Good communication (oral and written)
- Good typing skills
- Bsc/HND(Sec. Admin or related descipline
- Professional cert. or post graduate cert in sec.admin or office management.
- Experience minimum 3 yrs
- Must be residing in Port Harcourt
(a) Proficient in Mswords, excel is a must.
(b) Must be residing in Port Harcourt.
- Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer service delivery
- Prepare periodic reports in compliance management
- Generate and follow up on leads and prospect
- Excellent verbal and written skills as well as computer literacy is a key requirement
(a) Minimum 2 yrs. experience with proven track records
- Confidence to market service and ability to convince
- BSc/HND Marketing or any related discipline
(b) Proficient in Mswords,excel and powerpoint presentation is a must.
(c) Must be residing in Port Harcourt.
