Key Accounts Manager At Flour Mills Of Nigeria, PLC
Identify and map all potential key account corporate customers within his territory.
Manage and coordinate sales to the customers while achieving maximum level of service.
Manage all contracts where applicable.
Report all changes in market trends and the competitors’ market share as well as prices and marketing activities
Monitor the quality of our products in the market versus the competition and be proactive in resolving quality issues with assistance from responsible departments.
Due a GAP study & ensure that all product SKU’s are available at all times on shelves across territory.
Good verbal and written communication skill
Good planning, organizing and time management skills
Good Interpersonal and customer- service orientation
Ability to work effectively in a team with initiative and reliability
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
