Michael Stevens Consulting – We are currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill various roles in a Power Company.

Michael Stevens Consulting is recruiting to fill the position of:

General Manager – Power

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a first degree. A Masters degree is an added advantage. Relevant professional certifications are a must.
  • Minimum of 10 years in senior management position in the power industry
  • Experience in strategic leadership and must have entrepreneurial skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A track record of contributing to organizational development

 

 

Head of Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a first degree. A Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years in senior management position handling operational activities in the power industry with relevant professional certifications
  • A track record of contributing to organizational development
  • Excellent communication and people skills

 

 

Head, Training Power Academy

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a first degree from a reputable tertiary institution
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in handling trainings in the power industry with vast knowledge of the intricacies of the industry
  • Membership of relevant professional training organizations is a must
  • A track record of excellence in people development
  • Excellent communication and people skills

 

 

Training Facilitators

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a first degree from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in facilitating trainings relevant to the power industry in Nigeria
  • Relevant professional certifications is a must
  • Sound people development and knowledge impartation skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
