Micrich Resources Limited is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:
- To oversee the activities of all marketing staff
- Set performance target for marketing staff
- Evaluate and appraise marketing staff performances
- Develop new business and maintain existing relationship
- To ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial/profit targets
- Develop and implement budgets
- Prepare reports for management
- Ensure that the necessary tools/resources are provided to staff to carry out their assignments.
Qualifications / Requirements
- A degree in Business Admin/Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Result oriented and a goal getter.
- 5yrs and above related experience.
