The public quoted Composite Insurance Company, presently operates with an asset base in excess of N21 billion and a fully paid-up share capital of N2, 868,307,000.

In response to the Insurance Transformation Agenda of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the 3-year Market Development Deliverables agreed with the Co-ordinating Minister for the Economy (CME) at the 2014 National Insurance Summit held on 8th, December, 2014, we are pleased to announce the vacancy below in our Commercial Retail and Micro-Insurance Segments.

To undertake Distribution of Insurance at State level under Niger’s control.

Major Strengths

Training Support
The successful candidate will be given World – class Training on Insurance, Financial Services Marketing and Sales Management under the following training modules:

  • Induction Into Insurance and Risk Mgt. for the Risk Advisors
  • Customer Service Imperatives for Retail Insurance
  • Proficiency in Sales Management & Insurance Products.
  • Insurance Risk Underwriting, Risk Survey and Claims MV.
  • Financial Inclusion in Nigeria – the nature of the Money, Credit Capital, Mortgage, Pension, NHIS & Social Security Markets
  • The Process of Recruiting, Selecting, Supervising and Managing the Field Team in Retail Insurance Distribution
  • Advanced Insurance Agency Management and Administration.

Mode of Operation
Successful candidates are expected to:

  • Market a wide range of traditional and newly developed Insurance products for individuals along the Commercial, Micro-Insurance and Takaful Concepts.

Requirements

  • Potential Investor in Retail Insurance Distribution with Insurance Broker or Independent Agent License and other professionals and aggregators ready to operate in the Retail Insurance Segment.
  • Readiness to provide the Infrastructural, Managerial and Human Resource requirement for Retail or Micro-Insurance.
  • Niger to provide Technical, Training and Registration support.
