Vacancy For A Personal Assistant To The Project Director

Our client is a Group of Companies and Nigeria’s most visionary developer of luxury commercial, retail buildings and multi-family residential towers. As a result of continuous growth the service of a Personal Assistant has become vacant.

Job Location: Abuja (Candidates MUST be resident in Abuja)

Reports To: An Expatriate Project Director

Duties

v  Organize the office of the Project Director.

v  Keep the Project Director’s diary.

v  Take minutes of meetings and distribute same.

v  Draft contracts and agreements between the company and sub-contractors.

v  Coordinate, prepare and update other expatriates master list.

v  Liaise with and coordinate other departments for documents that need the Project Director’s approval.

v  Any other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
Education & Skill

v  A graduate, preferably with Engineering background or strong numerical Skill.

v  Good in Microsoft Suites, especially Excel.

v  Must have 2 – 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant.

v  Experience in similar role will be an added advantage.

v  Must be between the ages of 25 to 35 years.
Work Days

v  Monday – Friday: 8 am – 6pm

v  Saturday: 8 am – 1: 30 pm

v  Salary is between N80, 000 – N120, 000/ m (Based on experience)
